following are the terms and condition that constitute our policy.
SHIPPING POLICY
- After your payment is authorized, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process the order. And, you will receive the package depends on the chosen shipping method. Due to the weather and large demand, delivery delays via different carriers can occasionally occur.

We currently ship to US territories and most states in Canada.

Please note that LearnPlay is not responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc required by your country for importing consumer goods.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- LearnPlay Inc. guarantees the best customer experience, therefore, we will accept return request within 14 days from purchase date, after receiving the return package, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs to you.
- Because LearnPlay Inc. commits to distribute Halftoys products in high quality and speed, we will process cancellation request within 2 hours after placing order. If the package is refused or returned without contacting us first, a return fee, shipping costs and 25% restocking fee will be applied on your original order.
May I change the mailing address/recipient name for urgent reasons?
Yes, we will process the request only before shipping. However, please understand there is a $10 surcharge will be applied to your account.
I made a mistake with my shipping address.
Please notify us within an hour. Once the product have been shipped, there will be an additional charge.
How if I receive a defective/wrong or damaged item?
Send us a clear picture stated the problem within 14 days of delivery, we will have you return the package to us and send you the replacement, in addition, all shipping costs are on us. If the package came damaged, we will file a claim with the carrier.
Please note: we are unable to process any return damaged items without being notified first.
How long does it take to receive the refund?
After receiving the return package, please allow four weeks the longest to see the refund on your account. However, we usually refund you faster.
How long will it take for my item to arrive ?
We will update you the tracking number once it is shipped, and please refer to the following table for typical shipment time.

What's the age range of our halftoys?
We recommend anyone above 3 years old to enjoy Halftoys products!
About half of our customers are adults, since Halftoys dinos are good for collectibles too.

Halftoys products are made with non-toxic ABS plastic.
In addition, our products are PVC-free, BPA-free, and phthalate-free.

What inspired the creation of Halftoys?
As a long-time lover of professional, hand-painted figurines, but new parent, our designer wanted to offer his child only the best of toys. So he embarked on a mission to create a premium quality toy that his baby would both love and learn from.
